Widely regarded as one of the greatest Cuban son musicians of all time and one of the finest guitarists of his generation, he has brought traditional Cuban music to some of the world’s most prestigious stages. Following the phenomenal success of Buena Vista Social Club, Ochoa has released nine albums, won four Latin Grammy Awards, received a Canadian Latin Award, and earned a Grammy nomination for his 2010 album Afrocubism.
